At Duncan Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original garment tags and protective bags are included inside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
